Eddie Howe says he will only change his back four if he feels it is the right decision to win the next game with Newcastle United.
Tweaking the back four and bringing Matt Targett back was high on the topic list for fans after the 3-0 defeat at Aston Villa. But in fairness Howe's team have won five of the last six games and are in their highest position at this time of the season in years.
Whether life is as simple as switching Targett for Dan Burn is something only Howe can decide. But he was open in his response to the possibility.

Howe, speaking at the club's Training Centre today, said: "Well I think there is a complex answer to that one. I always think about a settled defence - IF that is the best to win the next game.
"I have no problem changing it. I just don't want to make wholesale changes week in, week out then lose the balance and solidity that a settled back four gives you.
"I have no problem change but it has to be the right moment to make that change. This back four have played the majority of the season together have been outstanding for us.
"Our defensive record is very good does one bad day constitute a change? I have to make that call."
Speaking about Burn in general, a player that has kept Jamal Lewis and Paul Dummett out of the team for the duration of the campaign despite Targett's injury woe, Howe said: "Dan Burn is an incredible player and incredible person. "I think what he gives you, you can't measure.
"He's similar to Sean Longstaff. They have similar types of qualities they bring the team.
"Sometimes it is not measurable what those type of players give you. We really value Dan highly in what ever position he plays. His versatility is important as well."
