Eddie Hall takes advice from Tyson Fury hours before Thor Bjornsson fight

Eddie Hall hopes to take inspiration from Tyson Fury for his fight with Thor Bjornsson tonight.

Hall and fellow former strongman Bjornsson will finally touch gloves in the ring tonight after years of trash talking.

The rivals were due to clash last September but Hall was forced to pull out when he suffered a torn biceps.

Six months on and they will will finally trade blows in Dubai in an attempt to settle their beef which has been threatening to boil over since the World's Strongest Man competition in 2017.

And Hall crammed in some last minute reading as he relaxed in his hotel while reading Fury's latest book.

"Six hours out from fight, relaxing and chilling, reading from the best," Hall captioned a photograph.

Bjornsson and Fury have met previously while the heavyweight world champion toured the UK following his win over Deontay Wilder last year.

And Bjornsson admitted he couldn't turn down a fight with the Brit if it was offered.

"A lot of people have actually been asking me that 'would I fight Tyson Fury?'," Bjornsson said during a Q&A on his YouTube channel.

"Would I fight the best boxer in the whole world right now? Absolutely if the offer is there, one hundred per cent. Why wouldn't I, I couldn't say no to that.

"I have huge respect for the guy and I love the guy. Great guy... I have actually met him before and if that offer was to come on the table I would one hundred percent look in to it and I just honestly couldn't say no to that. I would train my ass off and surprise the world."

Hall and Bjornsson were kept apart at Thursday's weigh-in after their press conference had almost descended into a brawl.

Bjornsson was the heavier of the rivals by 10kg when they stepped on the scales the men weighing more than 600lb combined.

They will clash over six three-minute rounds tonight with the fight taking place under professional boxing rules.
