Skrein, who takes on the role of Atticus Noble, a devoted soldier of the Imperium, revealed that he and Huisman, who plays the fearless farmer Gunnar, hit it off from the start. The duo, initially connected by their portrayals of Daario in Game of Thrones, quickly put any potential awkwardness aside and embraced their newfound friendship. Skrein shared in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, 'It was really nice. So there were no awkward standoffs with him or anyone in the cast. Michiel is a good dude. He’s a really good dude, and I loved spending time with him on set.'
