British popstar Ed Sheeran has performed to thousands of adoring fans as he opened his 'Mathematics' world tour in Croke Park tonight, with many Dubliners hearing the sonic boom of the gig nearby.
The 'Thinking Out Loud' hitmaker is the first artist to play Croke Park since the pandemic, with a second performance at Croke Park on Sunday evening.
However, for fans not lucky enough to grab a ticket, the noise of the concert seemed to extend over large parts of the city.
