Ed Sheeran lookalike swamped by female admirers who think he is singing sensation

A man who works in a chip shop has revealed that he gets plagued by female admirers everywhere that he goes - who believe that he is Ed Sheeran.

Chris Marks-Burton, 26, said that despite being unable to sing, his ginger locks and beard mean that he gets compared daily to the popular 31-year-old musician.

The doppelganger, who is head fryer at a seaside chip shop, said that he was swamped when he attended one of Ed Sheeran's gigs in Wembley and is constantly posing for pictures, Hull Live writes.
