Ed Sheeran will play intimate "warm up" gigs ahead of his Croke Park shows in April.
The singer, who will embark on a massive world tour, has announced that he will play gigs in Dublin's Vicar Street and in Whelan's ahead of his sold out Croke Park shows.

Ed will play in Whelan's on April 19 and in Vicar Street on April 20.
The Bad Habits hit maker will then play his hotly anticipated Croke Park shows on April 23 and 24.
He will then move onto Cork to play at Páirc Uí Chaoimh on April 28 and 29 and May 5.
He then plays Thomond Park in Limerick on May 5 and 6.

This tour comes after the release of Ed's hugely successful "=" album in October.
