New Delhi: The Election Commission (EC) on Friday announced the schedule for the assembly poll for Himachal Pradesh. Chief Election Commissioner Rajiv Kumar declared the election schedule during a press conference at Vigyan Bhawan here.
As per the schedule, voting for the assembly elections in Himachal Pradesh will be held on 12 November and the counting of votes will be held on 8 December. The election will be held in one phase.

2. Late Date of Nomination: 25.10.2022
3. Date for Scrutiny of Nomination: 27.10.2022
4. Last Date of Withdrawal of candidatures: 29.10.2022
5. Date of Poll: 12.11.2022
6. Date of Counting: 08.12.2022
7. Date before which election shall be completed: 10.12.2022
The term of current Himachal Pradesh Assembly will end on 8 January 2023.
