EasyJet holiday hell as cashless and hungry family left to wander Paris streets in freezing weather

A disabled mum and her family were left wandering the streets of Paris in sub-zero temperatures without food or money for three days after their flight home was cancelled.

Carol Vanbeck went to France for a week on Monday, December 5 and were due to return home on Monday, December 12.

But a sudden change in the weather meant the 50-year-old mum, husband Ian and their 17-year-old son Joel saw their flight from Charles de Gaulle to Edinburgh cancelled.
