EastEnders star Sam Womack flips middle fingers after heated road rage crash with van

EastEnders star Samantha Womack was seen giving the middle finger during an argument with a van driver.

She used both hands to curse at the driver after reportedly clipping the back of the vehicle. According to the driver, Maamar Bentouati, the 50-year-old allegedly drove away in her Range Rover.

He drove after her until she parked at West End’s Gillian Lynne Theatre and exited her car to point at The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe billboard on the wall.

"If you want my name, it’s on the board there," she said to the driver as she referenced her role in the production.

"This woman was waiting to turn right at traffic lights, but at the last second went straight on and hit the rear of my work van," Maamar said.

"I stopped in front of her and asked her for details, but she started yelling and saying she was late for work."

He added to The Sun: "She said she’d go mad if I didn’t move."

According to the driver, Samantha agreed to provide her details but ended up driving off.

Maamar began to take pictures of her and her vehicle, which included the picture of the Albert Square star holding both of her middle fingers up towards him.

The 51-year-old driver was forced to pay £100 to repair his work van.

Two months after the alleged incident, Mamaar claimed that he is still without the money and believes that she is responsible for paying the bill.

The incident came before she announced she will be doing everything she can to be as 'healthy as possible' this year.

The actress announced in August last year that she had been diagnosed with breast cancer. She has since had treatment, including undergoing chemotherapy.

More recently, Samantha - who also had a piece of tissue and five lymph nodes removed in an operation last year - revealed a few months ago that she was 'cancer-free'.

Samantha - who played Ronnie Mitchell on EastEnders - shared her resolution with OK! magazine , telling the outlet that she plans to live life to the full over the coming year.

She explained: "I'll be doing everything I can with nutrition." She continued in the recent interview: "I'll be changing my diet, the way that I live, the amount of stress that I have."
