EastEnders airs a tragic death next week on the BBC soap, as a fan favourite is killed off in distressing scenes.
The exit comes just as three new characters arrive in Walford, joining a recent arrival as part of the new family on the show.
The Queen Vic gets its new owners just as Walford is mourning the loss of Lola Pearce, who dies following a battle with a brain tumour.
