EastEnders actor Rob Kazinsky has warned of the dangers of Twitter charging to give people a 'blue tick'.
The soap star, who was best known for playing Sean Slater on the BBC show, took to Twitter to explain that he has seen the dangers of unverified accounts first hand. He explained that the internet was a "horror show" back before verification was introduced and fears it could happen again.
Speaking of his past experiences, he wrote: "Years ago, before verified accounts were a thing, back when I was on EastEnders, I was contacted multiple times by parents of children who had been 'conversing' with me online. 11-15 year old children that had been talking with a fake me."
