EastEnders Nish star hints Suki was pushed as he warns 'things go up a notch'

EastEnders actor Navin Chowdhry has hinted Suki Panesar was pushed - as he warns things will 'go up a notch' for the pair.

Nish has been controlling his wife Suki and in last night's episode, he was seen standing over as she laid lifeless with bad injuries. Fearing Nish had hurt her, Vinny looked worried as they all immediately called an ambulance and Suki was rushed to hospital for investigations and treatment as she closed her eyes.

In tonight's episode, Suki was treated in hospital after the 'fall'. In tense scenes, "You must have just fallen down the stairs, why were you rushing huh?" as she admitted: "No idea… I don’t even know why I’m crying."

Now Navin has teased to The Mirror how it will all play out for the couple.

Speaking exclusively to The Mirror at the British Soap Awards about what's to come, he said: "We’ve got a very big week coming up this week. There’s some family conflict and things really hit boiling point. There’s some really heavy stuff to come.

Suki was supported by her family (BBC)

"Whatever you’re used to seeing with Suki and Nish previously, it goes up a notch - if it can - this week."

Navin also revealed that things would definitely turn "nuclear" when Nish finds out about Suki's betrayal with Eve.

"When Nish finds out, I think it’s going to be absolutely nuclear. It’s going to be awful on so many levels. In his own head, he feels betrayed, cheated and lied to and humiliated," he explained to us of how it all might play out.

"A narcissist like Nish can’t cope with that kind of stuff happening to him. I think, expect some big things if or when he comes out."

In tense and tough to watch scenes on Wednesday night's episode of the BBC soap, Suki yelled at him as she said: "I spent my whole life trying to be someone I'm not supposed to be. Walking a path I should never have walked, played a role I should never have played. I hurt my children because of you and people that I love - I'm not doing it anymore."

Throwing a glass bottle at the wall, he yelled back: "You are my wife and you will love me - you're mine and you always will be."
