EastEnders alum Melissa Suffield has stripped off for an empowering video, with her sharing an important message with her followers on social media this morning.
The actor, 29, is best known for having played Lucy Beale on the BBC soap opera for six years, portraying the character - who was later killed off - between 2004 and 2010.
Since her departure from the show, she's become a mum - having given birth to her son River in 2020. He's now almost two, with her documenting their life on Instagram.
This includes advocating for "body neutrality," with her latest post sparking praise for its empowering message, with her telling fans to "never let your rainbow go dull for anyone."
The post features a video in which she's seen in a striped t-shirt and jeans, before stripping to reveal a bra underneath - with her then removing this to show another bra.
The actor is shown throwing off a series of colourful bras until she's topless, covering her breasts with her hands. She's seen smiling at the camera throughout the reveals.
The video, uploaded earlier this morning, is accompanied by the song She's A Rainbow, which was released by the Rolling Stones ' album in 1967.
Alongside the clip, Melissa encouraged her followers to embrace themselves, writing in the caption: "She's like a rainbow. Never let your rainbow go dull for ANYONE."
She added in the post: "No matter what anyone says, does, how they make you feel - shine bright, take up room, because you are here, you matter, and you are loved."
The post has received almost 2,000 likes, with many fans taking to the comments section to respond to the video - which one follower describing Melissa as "inspirational."
They wrote in their comment: "I absolutely love this. You are amazing. I'm so glad there are inspirational people like you around especially on social media."
Another fan said: "Thank you. I'm in real turmoil about my body since [my] second baby and trying so hard to embrace my hanging big stomach but it's so hard."

They added: "You are a breath of fresh air and so bloody refreshing to see myself represented on social media." Melissa shared words of encouragement in response.
Another fan commented: "Go you. Showing us women how to be comfortable and confident within ourselves. Still waiting for my confidence to show up."
Melissa appeared as the character Lucy on EastEnders from 2004 until 2010. Hetti Bywater, now 27, later took over the role, portraying the character until her death in 2015.
