Actor and presenter Danny Dyer has spoken out about his recent health kick which has seen him shed 7lb. The EastEnders star, 45, has been speaking out about the secrets to his recent weight loss.
It comes after his eldest daughter Dani, 26, admitted she was worried about his health. Danny said he initially splashed out thousands of pounds on a state-of-the-art gym, but admitted he doesn't use it anymore. Danny is sharing his love of food with his daughter in a new four-part series, Absolutely Dyer: Danny And Dani Do Italy, which began on E4 at 9pm on Saturday.
Danny also recently fronted Scared of the Dark on Channel 4, which concluded on Friday and was won by Paul Gascoigne.
