An East Lothian village has been named as one of the poshest in the UK, according to a new report.
The Telegraph this weekend shared research compiled by property agency Savills, which revealed the 'most desirable' villages across the UK - with a couple of inclusions near Edinburgh.
And perhaps unsurprisingly, the village of Gullane was featured as East Lothian's 'most posh', with it's 'posh appeal' being three golf courses, art galleries and museums and good quality restaurants. Meanwhile, the average Gullane house price is a whopping £356,615.

Writers said of the popular seaside spot; "This pretty village, with a double village green and ruined castle, is just along the coast of the Firth of Forth, five miles west of North Berwick.
"It’s dominated by the number of golf courses surrounded by large villas.
"It attracts windsurfers and also boasts the Myreton Motor Museum, art galleries and lots of restaurants, including the Bonnie Badger."
Also on the list was an attractive Fife village we've written about a number of times on Edinburgh Live.
Elie was included in the Savills research on account of its five beaches, tennis club, gallery and farm shop and restaurants, including the impressive Michelin-starred Peat Inn. The average house price there was found to be just shy of £350k, at £349,951.
The analysis said: "This sheltered inlet started out as a harbour village in the 16th century. It was the Victorians who built large detached properties and turned it into a tourist resort.
"There are five beaches with plenty of watersports on offer, a tennis club and an abundance of restaurants, including the Ship Inn and the 19th Hole at Earlsferry, and the Michelin-starred Peat Inn is a short drive away.
"There’s the treasured Ardross Farm Shop and the Wade Gallery, too, along with a primary school."
