Officers in East Lothian are appealing to the public for information after a 42-year-old male was seriously assaulted.
The incident is understood to have happened close to the Co-op in Port Seton on Tuesday June 14 2022.
Police say that the serious assault took place between the hours of 8:00pm and 9:00pm.

Officers say that they are “particularly keen” to speak to a man who was driving a white Audi motor vehicle that was seen in the area at the time.
They say that: “If anybody has any information in relation to the incident, please contact Police Scotland, CID, Dalkeith on non-emergency number 101 quoting incident number 0048 of 15/06/2022.”
