A driver in East Lothian has had their car seized after driving with a smashed-up window and no valid car insurance.
The car was stopped by police in Wallyford on Saturday April 15 when police officers noticed the broken windscreen and then discovered they had no motor insurance.

The driver of the vehicle was cautioned for driving in a dangerous condition and had the vehicle seized.
East Lothian Police wrote: "Dunbar Road Police stopped this vehicle yesterday in Wallyford as the windscreen was damaged.
"The vehicle/driver was also found to have no insurance."

They added: "The driver was cautioned and charged with driving a vehicle in a dangerous condition and with no insurance. Vehicle seized & prohibition (PG9) issued."
