An East Lothian motorcyclist has suffered a 'serious' leg injury following a collision with a van on a busy road.
Police are appealing to the public following the incident on Sunday, June 11, on Edinburgh Road, Cockenzie. Around 4pm a white van collided with a motorbike, with the 22-year-old rider rushed to hospital.
Officer say he suffered a serious leg injury and the driver of the van was uninjured. Police are keen to speak with a man and a woman who were at the scene and may have witnessed the incident.

It is understood a 22-year-old man has also been reported to the Procurator Fiscal in connection with road traffic offences.
Constable Stewart Logan said: “I would like to ask the man and woman who were there at the time to get in touch with us. I’m sure they have information which would be beneficial to our ongoing investigation.
"I would also like to appeal to anyone with dash cam equipment, please check your footage as it could contain images which could be significant to our enquiries.”
