A man has been taken to hospital after emergency services rushed to a busy East Lothian street on Saturday afternoon.
Officers were alerted to a report of concern for a person at a premises on North High Street, Musselburgh around 2:50pm on Saturday, November 19, as locals reported the area being taped off.
Multiple police cars and vans were spotted in the area near the Brunton Hall Theatre and officers have confirmed the male was taken by ambulance to the Royal Infirmary.

No further details on the man's age or condition is currently available at this time.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "At around 2.50pm on Saturday, 19 November, 2022 we were called to a report of a concern for person at a premises on North High Street, Fisherrow, Musselburgh.
"Emergency services attended and a man has been taken by ambulance to Edinburgh Royal Infirmary.”
