Residents have won a sensational victory to save three LTN low traffic neighbourhoods in east London.

The Court of Appeal ruled on Thursday that Tower Hamlets mayor Lutfur Rahman acted unlawfully in deciding to axe the traffic reduction schemes in Bethnal Green, Shoreditch and on Columbia Road, the street famous for its flower market.
