An East Kilbride mum-of-two has been crowned 'the fittest woman on earth over 40'.
Ali Crawford was bestowed with the honour after finishing first in the Female Masters 45 to49 age group at The 2022 NOBULL CrossFit Games in Wisconsin, USA last week. The annual athletic competition, which started back in 2007, sees the greatest athletes 'in the sport of fitness' take on five days of competition in a bid to become the fittest on Earth.
The impressive victory for Crawford at the showpiece fitness event saw her go one better than her second place finish at last year's competition. Crawford became the first Scot to qualify for The Games back in 2018, where she finished in 14th position.
