East Kilbride boss Mick Kennedy has cleared the decks at K-Park with a whopping 21 players released - and just two players confirmed to be staying on for next season.
The former Darvel boss and ex-Broomhill gaffer Si Ferry officially took the reins at K-Park on Monday after Martin Fellowes oversaw the remainder of the campaign, which ended with a Lowland League Cup win on Sunday.
Kilby today announed their released list, which includes the like of Kilby stalwart BJ Coll, last season's player of the year Neil McLaughlin, ex-Hamilton Accies duo Ronan Hughes and Kyle Munro, plus ex-Kilmarnock striker Kyle Connell and former Motherwell forward Bob McHugh.
The club confirmed that only Dylan MacDonald and Jamie Docherty remain under contract for the upcoming campaign.
There is no mention of goalkeeper Max Currie, who signed an 18-month deal with Kilby in January.
But a wave of fresh faces will be coming through the door in the coming weeks, as Kennedy aims to build a squad capable of taking the club into the SPFL for the first time in its history.
