Former East Kilbride defender David Proctor will bring his Cumbernauld Colts side to K-Park this weekend looking to get one over on his hometown team.
And current Kilby gaffer Kevin Rutkiewicz has warned his players to be wary as the Colts boss returns to his old stomping ground.
The ex-Inverness centre-back faces his former side for the first time since taking the reins from James Orr at Colts in the summer, with 11th place Colts looking to upset the Lowland League's joint-leaders.
And Rutkiewicz, whose side haven't won in their last two league outings, said of Saturday’s clash: “There will be that added needle and I’m sure David will want to get one over on his old club.
“That’s just the nature of football.
“But it is important that we don’t get sucked in to any battle outwith the field.
“We’ve just got to be focused on ourselves.”
"It's going to be another difficult game and we want to get ourselves back on track in the league now.
"If we have any aspirations of being at the top of this league come the business end of the season, we need to make sure from now until Christmas we really push and we put together a strong sequence of results that can help get us in the fight.
"A few weeks ago we were looking good and looking like getting away from the rest of the pack, but all of a sudden we've been pulled back in amongst it.
"We need to make sure we don't let the wee blip in the last two league games turn into anything more than that."
Saturday's match at K-Park is a 3pm kick-off.
