Visitors expecting fireworks and rollercoasters at Walt Disney World instead found themselves looking around in confusion on Monday afternoon after tremors from a powerful Caribbean earthquake rippled across Florida.
For several uneasy minutes, some of the resort's biggest attractions stopped operating without warning as guests tried to work out what was happening.
