Earnings Preview: What To Expect From Visa's Report

Valued at a market cap of $655.9 billion, Visa Inc. (V) is a global payments technology company that facilitates electronic funds transfers through its secure processing network, VisaNet. Visa offers a wide range of payment products and services to individuals, businesses, financial institutions, and governments worldwide. Visa is expected to announce its fiscal Q3 2025 earnings results on Tuesday, Jul. 22.

Ahead of this event, analysts expect the San Francisco, California-based company to report an adjusted EPS of $2.84, up 17.4% from $2.42 in the year-ago quarter. The company has surpassed Wall Street's earnings estimates in the last four quarters. In Q2 2025, V exceeded the consensus adjusted EPS estimate by nearly 3%.
