The 2024 election season has been taking shape for a while now. Candidates are starting to announce they are running, people are retiring and strategists are test-driving issues they hope will click with voters.

What should they be paying attention to? What thing that feels important now might fizzle by Election Day? What are some things we might not see coming?
Joining us to discuss how to predict the future is Nathan L. Gonzales, Roll Call’s elections analyst and the publisher of Inside Elections.
