Leeds United return from their 16-day Premier League hiatus with a trip to Crystal Palace on Monday evening. The Whites will be hoping to pick up from where they left off with a four-match unbeaten run that conjured up a very important 10 points.
Meanwhile, opponents Palace will be looking to ensure their season does not end on a whimper following their FA Cup semi-final defeat to Chelsea on Sunday. Patrick Vieira’s side sit comfortably in mid-table and still harness hopes of a top 10 finish.
Before the clash at Selhurst Park on Monday, Palace head to Newcastle United this evening which will provide them with their first opportunity to bounce back from the cup disappointment. Here is a look at some early Palace injury news ahead of the game with Leeds.

Luka Milivojevic – hamstring
Palace midfielder Luka Milivojevic came on for the final five minutes at Wembley on Sunday but will miss the match at St. James’ Park tonight after feeling something in his hamstring. It is yet unclear how serious the problem is and so it remains to be seen whether he will be in contention for Monday.
What Vieira said (19.04.22): “Luka will not be a part of the group [for Newcastle]. He felt something in his hamstring.”
Nathan Ferguson – thigh
Nathan Ferguson has played just once since his move to Crystal Palace almost two years ago due to a series of serious injuries. And on the comeback from his latest problem, Ferguson has suffered yet another setback.
What Vieira said (08.04.22): “It’s a new [injury]. He’s really disappointed as he’s been working quite hard. It’s just a step back.”
