GB News' Breakfast with Eamonn and Isabel sparked outrage last week according to the latest Ofcom complaints.
Over 400 viewers complained to the service about an episode which aired last Wednesday, on April 20.
Eamonn Holmes made comments about Prince Harry and his wife Meghan Markle during this episode, with said comments being behind most of the viewer outrage.
There were 402 complaints in total for the episode.
During the morning show, Eamonn and co-host Isabel Webster were discussing Harry's latest televised interview, this time with The Today Show in America.
In the chat, the royal commented that he wanted to make sure his grandmother, the Queen, was "protected" and "had the right people around her".
He also discussed visiting the Queen, following his move to the US, as well as his family with Meghan and their two children.
On GB News that morning, Eamonn made jibes at Harry about the latest royal updates, before questioning why the other royals "hadn't thrown Harry over the balcony".
Other swipes included him saying that the Duke of Sussex was "going to write a book" where he "s**gs off" his dad Prince Charles and his stepmother Camilla.
He said on the show in scenes last week: "He’s bringing a book out where he’s s****ing off Camilla and maybe William and his father.
"How on earth… why wouldn’t they just throw him over the balcony and her with him?"
Eamonn appeared to refer to Meghan in this jibe too, as many viewers hit out at the comments at the time.
One viewer tweeted about the clip last week: "@eammonholmes - this is inciting the murder of the Sussexes. Disgusting reporting."
Another added: "@EamonnHolmes is an absolute horror," as a third commented: "This needs to be reported."
A fourth viewer commented: "This is absolutely disgusting. This is why Harry is fighting for proper protection. The hatred towards him is so intense there. They were devastated when Diana died and here they are wanting HER SON dead."
The Mirror has contacted Ofcom for more details on the complaints.
