The Eagles are expected to be without second-year linebacker Nakobe Dean indefinitely after he underwent surgery on a Lisfranc injury.
Jeff McLane of The Inquirer reports that Dean will likely be placed on injured reserve, ensuring he misses four games for the second time this season after suffering an initial foot injury during the win over New England.
Dean had started the last three games before his injury, logging 30 tackles, two for loss, and a half-sack on the year.
Nicholas Morrow started in Dean’s place earlier this year and will likely return to that role.
