Corrie viewers have been having their say on shock scenes as Sarah Barlow cheated on her solicitor husband Adam with drug dealer Damon Hay. Sarah gave into temptation in Monday's episode after striking up chemistry with dastardly Damon Hay who has been making life a misery for her own brother Nick Tilsley on Coronation Street who he has been blackmailing into letting him run a drugs operation from his bistro.
But Sarah, played by Tina O’Brien, and Damon, played by Ciaran Griffiths, slept together at a hotel after he helped Underworld factory manager Sarah with a meeting with a buyer. When the buyer made disparaging remarks about the designs, Damon sauntered over pretending to be a music mogul impressed by the designs.
The situation was even more complicated as her solicitor husband is acting on his behalf after he was arrested for possession of class A drugs with intent to supply. After Damon and Sarah agreed to end their relationship after the liaison, because he looked set to go to prison, there was a twist as Adam and colleague Dee-Dee Bailey found a way to keep him from behind bars.

In Wednesday night's instalment he sauntered back onto the cobbles after being acquitted and as he celebrated his freedom they continued to flirt wildly. After Sarah told him again she wanted to concentrate on her husband, she went home and slept with Adam without birth control.
Corrie viewers are now certain that there will be a 'who's the daddy?' plot ahead on the ITV soap with mum-of-two Sarah falling pregnant. @ADADAPPADAN tweeted: "Uh-ohhh, soooo, is, Sarah, gonna get pregnant, BUT, with, Damon's, baby?!?" @SteveStevens47 predicted: "Sarah's kid gonna be Damon's." @DavidMackayy wrote: "So Sarah and Adam are gonna have sex, just after Sarah and Damon did, leading to a pregnancy whos the daddy."
But other eagle-eyed viewers cast their minds back to Monday's episode. They think the hotel room scene, showing a pile of Sarah and Damon's clothes and a condom wrapper, squash any talk of a baby with the bad boy.
Sharing the clip @corriepodcast said: "If Sarah, Adam, and Damon are about to enter a 'Who the Daddy' storyline, I hope the show remembers that it gave us this shot coming out of the break on Monday's show that suggests that Damon is a sensible as well as presumably considerate and generous lover."
When Des Davuson asked on Facebook about the plot: "Sarah pregnant?" Eleanor Edwards replied: "They used a condom lol, they showed the used wrapper on the bedroom floor with there clothes lol." And @CorrieTrivia said: "Everyone saying that Sarah gets pregnant, didn’t anyone notice the condom #Corrie."
Other viewers are fuming with Sarah for her treatment of Adam in this storyline. @RyanTheSoapking tweeted: "At this point I've lost all sympathy for Sarah if this falls flat on her face." @lovefromjulia asked: "Why’s Sarah wanting burgers when she’s got steak at home?"
@thomas_matthewj said: "Shouting at Sarah through the TV. Can’t stand cheating." And @mark_65_ complained: "Cant Believe Sarah cheating on Adam just like that."
