Futties is expected to launch in EA Sports FC 24 later this month, and here’s what the promo could bring to the party.
New to EA FC? The limited-time Futties event lets you snag boosted player cards (in glorious pink) through voting and squad-building challenges. We’re talking cream of the crop, giving your squad a major edge on the pitch.
Futties has been a staple in FIFA Ultimate Team since its debut in FIFA 15, with only one exception. In FIFA 20, Summer Heat took its place, but Futties returned the following year in FIFA 21 and has stuck around since.

With the Greats of the Game promo drawing to a close, you may be wondering when Futties will arrive.
Although it hasn’t been officially announced, the promo historically occurs in mid to late July, following Euro 2024 and Copa America, which are currently ongoing.
How to vote for Futties
Judging by past events, this is how you’ll be able to vote in Futties this year:
- Fire up EA FC 24 Ultimate Team.
- Head to the Store.
- You will be greeted with the following message: “It looks like you have some items to deal with.”
- Select 'Ok’.
- Choose the player you want to win.
- Wait for the winner's SBC to launch in-game.
If EA sticks to the same game plan, all players will vote on the same Futties nominees. The player who receives the most community votes nabs an upgraded Futties card, which can typically be earned by completing an SBC.

What will Futties include in EA FC 24?
The main update this year could be the introduction of Futties Icons for the first time. That’s according to Ultimate Team leaker FUT Scoreboard, which shared info on two card designs.
In Ultimate Team, Icons are bygone legends that can be acquired by opening card packs (if you’re lucky), by spending big money on the transfer market, or by completing SBCs.
