DWP issues Winter Fuel Payment update as millions could be eligible for £600 boost

Millions of people could be eligible for a £600 boost later this year with the government's Winter Fuel Payment.

The Department of Work and Pensions has issued an update on when people will be able to claim for the bonus.

Those who are eligible for the Winter Fuel payment can get between £250 and £600 over the winter period to help with heating bills amid the ongoing cost of living crisis in the UK.
