A payment schedule for this year's Cost of Living Payments has been announced, with more than eight million people across the country set to benefit.
The Department of Work and Pensions (DWP) has now announced when claimants should expect the payments, with the £900 boost split over three dates throughout 2023. Eligible people include those claiming Universal Credit, Pensions Credit, tax credits and the Jobseekers Allowance.
As well as those claiming benefits, there will be payments made to millions of disabled people and pensioners in a bid to help vulnerable cope with the increasing cost of living.
