DVLA gives update on driving licence and log book processing times delay

The Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA) has provided an update on paper driving licence and log book processing times.

The process for paper applications has been hit by delays due to impact of the pandemic and industrial action - as M.E.N reports.

The DVLA is currently encouraging motorists to use online services to minimise delays with applications.
