A Dundee company is setting charitable standards in the city by employing dozens of disadvantaged locals.
JTC Furniture has given 29 residents a chance to grow and progress over the last four years ‘regardless of their background.’
The business is working closely with Remploy to hire those with more diverse backgrounds, who may not normally have considered a career in manufacturing.
