Singer-songwriter and Broadway composer Duncan Sheik has died at the age of 56 after suffering organ failure, a day after his family revealed he was receiving medical care.
The musician, best known for his 1996 hit 'Barely Breathing' and his Tony Award-winning work on the Broadway musical Spring Awakening, died in a Manhattan hospital on Thursday, 17 September.
