Dumbarton have announced the signing of striker Declan Byrne - making him the third player to join from League Two rivals Albion Rovers this summer.
Byrne joins his fellow ex-Rovers team-mates David Wilson and Aron Lynas at the Rock after they too made the switch from Cliftonhill in the last month.
The 26-year-old, whose previous clubs also include Elgin, Cowdenbeath and Stirling Albion, struggled with injuries last term and scored just twice in 17 appearances for Brian Reid's side.
It was his second spell at Rovers having been there in the 2019/20 season before his move to the Binos.
Sons have swooped to bring in their latest recruit under boss Stevie Farrell.
And after Dumbarton announced the signing this morning, assistant manager Frank McKeown said: "Declan has proven that he knows where the goal is and we look forward to seeing him do that for us.
"He is a good age and gives us another option upfront, so we are keen to see how it goes."
