Dubliners have been warned about rodent infestations as the county recorded one of the highest numbers of callouts this year.
Rodents are widely regarded as the worst pest threat for homes and businesses due to the significant damage they can cause to both properties and assets. Dublin ranked second for the most rodent callouts so far this year at 14%.
Cork ranked number one on the list at a whopping 28% of all callouts. Rats and mice also carry diseases that can spread through their bodily fluids and excrement.
