A popular Dublin pub that closed a few years ago is up for rent.
T O'Brennan's on Dominic Street Upper was up for sale in September last year for nearly €800,000. The 600 sq ft boozer was also known as Ireland's smallest craft beer bar.
The Dublin 7 pub is now up for rent for €30,000 per year, according to an advert on Daft.ie. The venue is available to rent immediately and the offer also includes a seven-day publicans licence.

Pictures shared on Daft.ie show there have been no changes made to the pub's interiors. The listing reads: "Available to rent immediately. 7-day publicans licence included. City centre location - the property is located in a prominent position in Dublin city centre facing on to the Red Luas Line, with only a short walk to O'Connell Street."
You can view all the photos on the Daft.ie website.
