Dublin pubs: Hugely popular Mulligan's in Sandymount on the market for €2.5m

Mulligan's Bar & Lounge in Sandymount is up for sale for a handsome €2.5 million.

The iconic boozer, which was frequented by Irish rugby greats and fans alike due to being just a five minute walk from the Aviva Stadium, is located in one of south Dublin’s most affluent and most sought-after residential areas in Sandymount.

John Ryan of licensed property specialists, Bagnall Doyle MacMahon is offering the property to the market at a guide price of €2.5 million. Mulligan's Bar & Lounge is a well-appointed licensed premises and restaurant laid out in a traditional style with feature terrazzo flooring, walnut bar and back bar and a glazed snug area.
