The Dublin Marathon is returning to the capital for the first time since the pandemic this weekend.
A whopping 25,000 entrants are set to take on the 26.2 mile course on Sunday, October 30. The marathon raises an estimated €9m each year for charity and €26.5m for the city of Dublin.
There will be significant disruption to public transport throughout the weekend to facilitate the marathon and its preparations. Dublin Bus has published the full list of diversions that will affect their services over the bank holiday weekend.
