US biopharmaceutical supplier Avantor is set to create 40 jobs with the opening of its new distribution centre in Dublin city centre.
Avantor provides mission-critical products and services to customers in the life sciences, advanced technologies and applied materials industries. The new distribution centre opened today in Dublin, and the company already employs 200 people in Ireland.
The new facility in Dublin is nearly 69,000-square-foot, and it is so far the most advanced distribution center in Avantor's global network. The Dublin site also has Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) warehousing, on-site clean rooms, and batch-to-batch traceability.
