Dublin jobs: Seven full-time Christmas roles up for grabs

Christmas is still a few months away but businesses are already looking to recruit for the festive season.

A number of seasonal job listings have popped up across Dublin for full-time positions. If you're a student looking to make an extra few quid over the holidays then look no further as we have scoured the internet to find some great roles that are currently being advertised in the capital.

Here is a list of businesses looking to hire for full-time seasonal roles this Christmas:

Seasonal Sales Assistant - Pandora Jewellery

Pandora is hiring a sales assistant for the Christmas period. Top performing seasonal employees will be offered permanent roles after contracts end.

They are looking for passionate and motivated team players with "strong selling skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure". Successful candidates will be expected to be available to work throughout the duration of their contract including weekends and bank holidays.

Christmas Customer Assistant - Boots

Boots in Nutgrove Shopping Centre is looking to hire a customer assistant to join their Rathfarnham team. The health and beauty giant is looking for candidates to start with them from October.

Successful applicants will be provided full training and a "competitive" salary, generous staff discount, and a generous holiday leave entitlement that increases with the length of service.

Christmas Elf - The Santa Experience

Dunnes Stores in Ilac Centre is looking for Christmas elves to entertain children and their families on their way to Santa's House. Receptionist and photo sales roles also available.

The ideal candidate will have a "cheery and bright disposition, experience with children and the public, and a colourful imagination," the job description reads.

Brown Thomas Group is hiring a Christmas temp for their luxury shoe and accessory brand. The group is looking for people with previous retail experience with a background in "a fashion-forward footwear, accessory or fashion brand".

This temporary full-time job is offering a salary of €12 per hour. This is a Monday to Friday, 9 to 5.30 role with additional overtime in the run up to Christmas. Key responsibilities include conducting an annual Christmas direct mail campaign and contacting repeat and new business customers to secure their orders for Quarter 4.
