Treasury Back Office Admin
Ryanair is currently recruiting for a Treasury Back Office Admin to join their Finance Department. The successful candidate will be based in Swords and the role boasts a competitive salary along with airline benefits.
The advert reads: "The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, ambitious and has a keen interest in banking operations and in Ryanair. All candidates should be self-motivated, flexible and dynamic with good communication skills. An ability to work as part of a team is essential.
Duties include
- Maintaining and reconciling various Ryanair Group bank accounts
- Agreeing all treasury trades with the third party confirmations (e.g. deposits, loans, foreign exchange, swaps and other derivative trades, interest rates settings, etc.)
- Liaising with front and middle office banking teams on a daily basis and assisting them with various tasks as required
- Liaising with financial institutions for various tasks including ensuring 3rd party confirmations are received in a timely manner in line with Treasury procedures
- Responsible for sending and receiving all bank settlement transfers both daily/ weekly
- Testing of payment files and preparation of manual payment files
- Ad-hoc work allocated by Team Lead, Banking Manager and Finance Manager

Operations Officer
Ryanair is currently recruiting for an Operations Officer to join their team. Based in the Head Office in Airside Business Park in Swords, the successful candidate will work in our Operations Control Centre.
This is an excellent opportunity to join Europe's leading airline and to gain experience in a busy working environment. The role is a shift based position on a rotating '4 on / 4 off' basis and would include night shifts.
The successful candidate is also required to have a driving license, and benefits include a competitive salary, staff travel benefits, and career progression.
Duties include:
- Developing and implementing solutions to day to day crewing problems
- Assisting the Operations Controller with the development of efficient, cost effective solutions to operational disruptions
- Monitoring of crew deployment to ensure all flights are crewed and that crew duties remain within company and legal limits
- Compilation of reports as required
- Monitoring movement messages
- Preparation of operational paperwork for crews
- Updating Jeppesen manuals
- Updating Operations manuals
- Any other duties as requested by Operations Control Management
- The ability to work and communicate effectively under pressure
- Good problem solving skills
- Good interpersonal skills strong outgoing personality
- Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel and Netline would be an advantage)

Rewards Specialist
Ryanair is looking to hire a Rewards Specialist join the HR Team of Europe's Largest Airline Group. Reporting to the Deputy Director of HR, this brand new role will be based in the airline's Global HQ in Dublin.
The successful candidate should have experience within Rewards or Comp & Benefits function in a multinational corporation, particularly within the IT sector. The candidate must have a minimum of three years Compensation & Benefits experience with experience in an International company, including IT industry.
Also included with this position is a competitive salary and airline travel benefits.
Duties include:
- Market Benchmarking, reviewing industry compensation & trends
- Monitoring the effectiveness of existing compensation policies and procedures and recommending plan revisions to ensure Ryanair remains an employer of choice

- Updating salary matrixes across the business to ensure Ryanair are aligned with market rates •
