A company is looking to hire mystery shoppers with a specific set of skills.

Consumer Perceptions Ltd, a firm that "measures a company's operational performance and guides you into getting the best out of your customers' experiences", has advertised the positions online.

A mystery shopper is a person who visits a shop or a restaurant incognito to assess the quality of their products and services for a fee. Customer Perceptions is looking for people with the following qualities:

The ability to recognise outstanding customer service
A strong grasp of written and spoken English
