Transdev are hiring for multiple roles across the Luas network with salaries of up to €70,000 on offer.
The transport firm is looking to recruit people for the following positions: Authorised officer, multiskilled technician, maintenance process manager and over head lines specialist. Here is all you need to know about what's on offer.
Authorised Officer
This role involves providing a security presence across the Luas network, providing support, assistance and security for customers, tackling anti-social behaviour and fare evasion, and undertaking crowd control duties at events or during disruptions to service.
All candidates must demonstrate Static PSA licence. The salary for this full-time, permanent role is €35,089.

Multiskilled technician
This role will be based in one of Luas' depots and will involve both depot based and call-out work, with the safety of staff and passengers prioritised at all times. Anyone with a qualification and experience in a technical discipline, whether mechanical or electrical, is invited to apply.
The salary scale for this role is €44,400 – €61,988.
Maintenance Process Manager
This role is a manager position in the performance department with accountability for managing all the maintenance processes and quality systems for Fleet, Infrastructure, and Facilities. Is also entails being the maintenance point of contact to manage projects in HSSEQ (Health, Safety, Security, Environment, and Quality), as well as team management, managing quality/ audits, and participating in continuous improvement projects.
All candidates must have a minimum Bachelor's (Level 8) degree in Engineering. The salary scale for this role ranges from €65,000 – €70,000, depending on experience.
Overhead lines specialist
The key responsibilities of this role include carrying out inspections and correctives on the overhead line and mechanical equipment in accordance with a quality, health, and safety procedures. The job is part of a First Line Response Team and candidates must demonstrate an OLEC 3 qualification or equivalent and have Electrician or Mechanical Qualification NFQ/QQI level 6 National Craft Certificate.
The salary for this role is €50,000.
