Dublin Bus is hiring a performance improvement executive for its HR Department, and the salary is incredible.
The transport company is offering a whopping €70,000 for the full-time role. The performance improvement executive will works "part of the Human Resources team to develop a performance management strategy and culture," according to the job description.

Experience Required:
- Third level qualification in human resources or a related field desirable
- Experience building a performance culture in an organisation is essential
- Experience in introducing performance management into an organisation desirable
- Experience in embedding a performance culture in an organisation desirable
- Experience in generating, reporting, and presenting data
