When looking for an apartment to buy, a balcony is always a major plus point.
For those who don't have the privilege of having a garden, a balcony is a great way to enjoy the sunshine. There's nothing better than sipping on your morning cup of tea while sitting on your balcony and watching the city wake up.
We found some lovely apartments with balconies (and some with stunning views) that are currently available to buy in Dublin. These apartments are on sale for under €300,000 on Auctioneera.ie.
