Dubai is taking a decisive step towards flexible education as the Knowledge and Human Development Authority introduces a new policy allowing children aged 0–6 to opt for home-based learning.
The authority said the initiative supports diverse learning environments during the early years, a stage widely recognised as critical for a child’s cognitive, emotional and social development.
