A Dub was one of the two players who claimed a combined €1.5 million which they won in Daily Million draws.
He made a trip to National Lottery's HQ on Abbey Street to scoop his life-changing prize of €1 million. The player officially became the 10th National Lottery millionaire of 2023 after winning the top prize in Tuesday's 9pm Daily Million draw.
The delighted Dublin winner played their winning Quick Pick ticket on the National Lottery App and they revealed that they plan to pay off their mortgage once they cash their cheque for €1 million.

Additionally, "a syndicate of two" from Louth claimed took home €500,000 which they scooped in the Daily Million Plus draw on Thursday, March 2. The winners, who wish to remain private, recounted the run-up to purchasing the winning ticket, and all that followed afterwards: “I was driving along and saw a beautiful looking SUV perched on a hill, and I thought to myself, my goodness I’d love one of those bad boys.
"It was with that thought I pulled into the next petrol station, picked up some dog food and bought a Daily Million ticket with whatever change was left over. I didn’t check the ticket for a couple of days, it just totally went out of my head, but I went back to the shop a couple of days later and the girl that scanned my ticket said, you’ll have to call the National Lottery.
"I knew then I’d won something big enough maybe €20,000 or so. I called them up and was told I’d won €500,000! All I said back to them was, deadly! I then rang my wife to tell her the news and I was met with dead silence on the other side of the phone. For once in her life, she was speechless," laughed the winner.
When asked how they might like to spend their winnings, the winner chirped, “Well, the first thing I’m going to do is go out and buy that fine-looking SUV I had my eye on”, he said.
Daily Million draws take place twice a day, seven days a week at 2pm and 9pm.
